Dressings + Sauces

These dressing and sauce recipes are suggested as accompaniments to the meal ideas found on Foodhead Fact Sheets. They are another tool you can use to help you along your health and wellness journey.

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
1 lemon juiced
1/2 small clove garlic, minced

Mix ingredients together and pour over veggies.

¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

Whisk together dressing ingredients and gently mix into veggies just before serving.

1 tbsp tamari*
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/2 clove garlic, minced

*Celiacs must ensure tamari is wheat-free
